ABsession
This class focuses on developing strong abs and back, while particularly mindful of proper technique and high repetitions in the process. You will learn how to work and strengthen your abdominals efficiently in 15 – 30 minutes.

Asset Management
One of Violet’s signature classes, it isolates and firms all muscle groups, increases flexibility, joint mobility and burns calories, leading to a more balanced body. Although set in a group fitness environment, the workout addresses individual ability and fitness needs.

Power Trip
Violet Zaki gives you the two most important elements of fitness, cardio and strengthening, into one calorie-burning workout. You can't get any more efficient than this! You'll maximize both your effort and your time in an hour by working your heart and your muscles simultaneously. So you can burn fat while you sculpt your muscles. The ultimate total body training, a complete head-to-toe routine!

Alleviate (stretch)
Created by Violet to accommodate people’s busy schedules, this quick 15-minute session helps increase your flexibility and range of motion, as well as prevent injuries. Moves can be modified to a participant’s skill level.

Upper Management (upper body)
This is an upper body workout targeting the shoulders, triceps, biceps, upper back and chest. Violet Zaki’ s workout is designed to strengthen and sculpt using hand weights and a body bar. It will make wearing a sleeveless shirt less stressful. Be a part of upper management!(30 min)

EXTREMEzone (bootcamp)
EXTREMEzone will you get into great shape, reduce stress, lower weight and increase energy. Boot camp type moves are incorporated, such as pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In this class, your challenge is to take your body to its limit.  You work, sweat and, best of all, burn calories like crazy. How extreme are you?

DownUnderZone (lower body)
Another Violet Zaki creation, this strengthening and conditioning class targets the leg and lower body muscles using handweights and body bars in an intense fat-burning, toning workout. You’ll achieve the legs and glutes you want.

Powerstrike (cardio kickboxing)
Developed in 1995 by Ilaria Montagnani and Patricia Moreno and considered the latest "fitness-fusion" Powerstrike Kickboxing is a karate/kick-boxing workout that combines authentic martial arts movements and energizing music. In Powerstrike Kickboxing, you learn to integrate martial arts kicks, punches, blocks, and footwork. It is a fierce calorie burner, and also teaches self-defense techniques that can be empowering and motivating.

Powerstrike Impact (cardio kickboxing)
A high intensity kick-boxing session that is done on a free standing bag. Participants are lead through a series of kicking and punching combinations to the beat of high energy music. Gloves are worn, and the class proceeds in a format of choreographed rounds to simulate a true kick-boxing workout.
